Our Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can feel free to return it to us for an exchange or full refund.
If you change your mind please be sure to email us @ firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us within 3 days of receiving your parcel and send it back within 14 days of receiving it.
Once we have received notification of your wish to return your product(s), we recommend using a shipping option offering tracking information, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.
Customers must keep track of their own parcel to ensure it reaches us. The Boutique Liverpool will not refund any items returned to us which get lost in the post without a tracking number.
Goods are returned to The Boutique Liverpool at your own expense. We will send your exchange item to you by Tracked Delivery at no extra charge.
Once we receive your package, please allow up to 14 days for processing. You will receive an email notification when your refund or exchange has been processed. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Full refund of the cost of the items is entirely conditional based on goods being returned in the original packaging and in a re-sellable condition. Refunds will be authorised only after a thorough inspection of the items by our Returns department.
Returned items must be unopened and sent back inside their original packaging, tags included. Any faulty goods we receive will be returned to the customer or they may be issued with a 25% reduction refund.
Please include a brief description of the reason/fault and your order number with your returned product(s), this will help us deal with your problem quickly and efficiently.
When returning a product please ensure you keep your proof of posting until we acknowledge receipt of goods.
We do thoroughly inspect products for defects before they are dispatched, however occasionally they can be missed or damaged during transit. Upon delivery please inspect the product(s) and notify us promptly of any dissatisfaction with your order. If you receive an item from us which is incorrect or faulty, please be sure to email us to inform us within 3 days of receiving your item(s) and send back the product within 14 days of the date of receiving your order with a description of the problem. In the event of you returning incorrect/faulty product(s) to us, we will also refund to you the cost of the return postage.
Due to their special features, some of our items have to fulfil certain criteria to be returned:
- Fragrances: must be returned in the original sealed packaging.
- Accessories: must be returned in their full original packaging.
International customers need to ensure they declare their goods as returns. When the goods are not declared as returns a fee is charged at TBL’s expense which will then be deducted from the refund amount.
International customers are advised that TBL will not refund any charges/tax you may incur when returning items.
Where promotions, such as Sale, have been used, discounts will be applied to each item in the basket. In the event of a return, you will only be refunded the amount paid.
If the order contained a free promotional gift, the gift must be included with the return of any related items.
