We aim to dispatch ALL orders within 1-2 working days of ordering. (excluding weekends and bank holidays), however during busy periods or holiday seasons this may be longer. 

Please note: Items ordered on backorder can take 5-10 working days before they are shipped as we have to await delivery from our warehouse in London

Your Delivery options include:

• ROYAL MAIL 2nd Class Signed For service charged at a rate of £4.20
• Orders above £75 will qualify for FREE Shipping using this delivery option.
• ROYAL MAIL Tracked 24 service charged at a rate of £6.49

DELIVERY FOR OUR CUSTOMERS IN EUROPE / USA / CANADA / AUSTRALIA

These orders are dispatched within 1-2 days of ordering via the ROYAL MAIL

International Tracked (and signed where relevant) service charged at a flat rate of £14.99 GBP.
Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days

CUSTOMS AND DUTY

The import duties or taxes are charged from your own customs office which you should pay when importing goods, this is not a payment to us, and all the taxes duties are the buyer’s responsibility, we will not accept the responsibility for customs costs charged.

Some International shipments may take between 2-3 days longer depending upon the customs regulations and third-party issues. We cannot be held responsible for any lengthy delays which occur due to customs regulations.
